The place was packed with people but was able to get my order quickly. I had the grill chicken nuggets 8 piece and a meal of regular nuggets wasn't too happy with the 8 piece grilled nuggets there was about 3 nice chuncks and the rest look like the chopped breast crumbs with a nice flavor.would have taken them back but had to get back to work. but other then that I would have given then a higher rating

Friday afternoon lunch, 1st time eating/take out order. Lines are always extremely long, so I decided to go inside & order. Chicken bacon 🥓 sandwich with Mac n cheese. Very delicious 😋. I had a great lunch, with fast friendly service. Thank you.

The persons behind the counter were too busy visiting with one another to take my order. A guy came from the back and helped me.. The grilled chicken sandwich was a bit dry and the bun torn into pieces. The only redeeming parts of the meal were the delicious waffle fries and the refreshing iced tea with lemon. I get better service at the Independence Mo location on 39th.

The drive-thru experience was faster than I've ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. The chicken deluxe was, as always, delicious. If the Ward Parkway restaurant keeps up this efficiency, I'll definitely eat there more often!

You can either do the lame thing and they're very quick drive-thru and very accurate very courteous or you can use the app order your food and when you get to the first employee they'll direct you into the other parking area and somebody will bring your food right out to you you don't have to go through the line and all that it works very well by the way the brownies they have now are fantastic
I doubt it. This is the most stingy chic fila and worst service ever. This particular chic fila won't give a free sandwich for messing up your order.
Must be pretty extensive if they've got a fence around the whole place
