They never get my order right I’ve been overcharged multiple times and they don’t know how to use the mobile app codes half of the time. The worlds most frustrating McDonald’s.

Worst experience ever. Tried to use app which didn't work. Cashiers were no help either. Same guy that I talked to in drive thru was at the front register. I tried to use the app there and scan it and he could see there was no discount applied but still tries to act like it went through.

I would give no stars if I could. Was in the drive through to pick up breakfast. That was my first mistake. McDonald’s is terrible (imo) but I was hungry. Running later than I was comfortable with but took a chance. Pulled into the right lane and waited. Three vehicles were helped while I sat in the lane with no one acknowledging me. I was fuming. Pulled around into the other lane BEFORE the vehicle that was in my previous lane. I suppose you can guess what happened. They got helped before me……? I asked the guy what was going on. No apologies just said, “well I’m helping you now?” Ina very snarky manner. Go to another McDonald’s and NOT this one if you must. I know the service industry is being worked hard, (I work in a production environment with lots of OT right more I understand) but if you can’t handle it there are literally many jobs available now that pay way more than this. Oh it was 6:40 am on 3/17/2022 looked like the manager on duty when I drive through. Glad Google reminds you to submit a review.

This McDonald’s doesn’t train their workers correctly. I tried to do a mobile order and the cashier was completely clueless on how to do mobile orders and it’s very frustrating, I had to leave before I blew up on this person. If you’re gonna put someone on register make sure they’re actually TRAINED first. I would never go back here if my life depended on it. Very unsatisfied with the people who work there.
