The food is always decent. I'm not a huge fan of Wendy's but my wife likes it. There is usually always a short wait when we go at the drive through but this time, it was a 20 minute wait to order and 10 more minutes to get our food at the drive through!

Where's the beef!? Service sucked, was just after noon Saturday. 1 management stacking sandwiches and 1 person at drive thru passing out bags. 1 person cleaning lobby and restocking cups, cleaning checking on customers, doing a great job. But 3 or 4 young kids standing around in the kitchen and behind counter looking at girls. 8 to 10 people waiting in line to get order put in. I had to interrupt management to ask for someone to take order, after several customers left, tired of waiting. Fire the kids that don't work and quit hiring every warm body that applies. Be sure to tell them why they were fired and fight unemployment. Only way to teach work ethic to some people.

I trusted them with a descent size order. Didn’t check it. My bad was shorted 12 chicken nuggets. I guess I should learn to check the order. Incompetent workers. Confirm and check your order people. They will screw you.

I’m very happy to say that I do have a interview for a manager position with Wendy’s. However the quality of food that I receive at this location is always very low. Last week because I’m trying to learn the menu prior to I have ordered daily every day my order is incorrect every day I called and I’m told that what I have is correct until I show back up. Tonight I called because I ordered a single baconator sandwich and as by the picture that is not what I received. I was told by whoever answered the phone that I should have two pieces of bacon on a sandwich the prides itself on bacon and is called a baconator.
