Machine didn't print out receipts. The employee that was bagging the food had on a long blonde wig. She kept touching it, this place had multiple people standing around doing nothing. We waited for our food for about thirty minutes. So many flies in this place. Should have just left.

I gave it 2 stars not because of the food but because the McDonald's at the corner of Meyer and Troost is ungodly slow. Lobby was closed at 6pm so drive thru was the only option. I sat in drive thru with folks behind me for over 35 minutes. When the lobby is open your service isn't any quicker. I've never seen anything like it. I quit going there!!

If I could give 0 stars i would. Nothing but kids in here who only work for a check. No one has customer service or cares about their job. Literally placed a mobile order. My card was charged at 7:27p. Went through the drive thru and no one said anything on the speaker. Got to the first window no one was there. Got to the second window and had to tell them what i ordered. was told to go up to the 3rd window. Had to call into the place TWICE because no one brought my food out. It wasn’t until 20 mins later i got food and their excuse including the manager was “were waiting on fries” last time I’ve checked fries don’t take 20 mins!!! No one apologized for the inconvenience or anything. JUST GHETTO!!!!

i understand why the rating is so low. the drive through person who i believe was the manager had terrible customer service skills. I called before going in to ask what time the drive through opens (because it wasn’t open at the right time yesterday) and he talked to me like I was dumb for asking that. I really hope he isn’t the manager because i feel sorry for the rest of the employees. That’s why he can’t keep any. Giving 2 stars because at least my order was correct.
