Hours of lobby says 10 pm. Made me come to drive thru at 8 pm. Made me pull to the door to wait. I could've just waited inside! I'm trying to make fast deliveries.

I went to the drive thru and the woman took my order and asked me if I wanted a medium or large value meal. I told her I wanted the combo how it comes on the menu. She asked me 2 more times as if she didn’t understand or wanted me to say medium or large. I wanted the combo as it is shown on the menu. Then she acted as if I was stupid and asked me again at the window. It was rude of her to keep asking medium or large. If you don’t understand how to take orders then go cook. I felt very displeased and didn’t even get any food. Hire people that listen or have a manager take the order.

The dredges of humanity wash up on the shores of this Hardee's, hoping for something better. They will not find it here. The whole place reeks of teenager sweat and ancient grease. You can't use the bathroom because they keep it locked, I'm assuming to keep people with more nefarious purposes at bay. The truth of the matter is this- no one, and I mean NO ONE, should ever eat here. Ever. And I strongly pity those who are there for employment purposes. They chose this wretched, disgusting, flea bag of a speedy eatery, and clearly have self esteem issues. Whether those issues stem from time before or during their shifts is anyone's guess.
