I honestly don't eat at Hardee's much anymore because of the quality of the food always seems to be horrible. The quality and freshness at this Hardee's was a solid 10 out of 10. Customer service was also great a little slow but they were busy so that's fine, very impressed with this Hardee's.

Superb superb experience! There was hardly a wait in the drive thru, the food was prompt but freshly made, the drive thru attendants were friendly and they made sure to ask if we needed ketchup with our order! I know this may not sound like a big deal, but being how every other fast food joint out there will just let your food slide without offering or asking if you want condiments is a HUGE deal to me. It has been a long time since I've eaten at Hardee's but I will say this, for the service, I will travel even thru inconvenience (because it's so far from me) to eat here instead of another closer competing fast food chain.

This restaurant was clean, outside, went through the drive through. The service was good, polite and professional. The food was great. All of it was what we ordered. It came hot, and fresh. The kids were happy, the adults were happy. Drive through went pretty steady.

Food was cold. Onion rings on western burger were as hard as a rock. Took food back in and they refused to replace it. Was treated very poorly and detected some racial undertones in their attitudes towards me. Will not be going back to that place ever again! Used to love Hardee's but this store had made sure I'll never eat there again!
