So great, the staff is excellent! For those that I see complaining, remember this spa is essentially a small business. Everyone that goes here is relatively local and the staff is super friendly, you just have to understand that this is a very no frills place. Go to the fancier ones if you need more than what they have to offer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ After 15 years in business, they’ve only just now updated their entrance fee and body scrub price combined by $15; still a steal and worth every cent. Love coming here! I only wish they had longer hours like a few years ago.

Never ever go this place.Gross experience all around. Waste of time and money. The receptionist bold head men is very rude and bad. I went to the Sauna at 8.40 and he closed all the dry and steam sauna 9.15 He is the racist man I have ever seen. No manner and no respect.

No you can wear a swimsuit of your preference, but don't be surprised if the rest of the people are naked. You can still relax on the 2nd floor where everyone must be clothed.
The steam saunas are in the separated men's and women's bath area, so no mixed steam rooms. It costs $25 to enter, and you can stay all day.
Some parts are co-ed, but the locker rooms and bathing area are seperate. I stay pretty much in the men's area, which has its own showers, whirlpool, dry and wet sauna, cold bath and rest area.
Spas don't allow photos inside because of privacy. People are walking around naked. Spa Castle is great. Very clean, plenty to do - and very crowded. Also sometimes there are a lot of kids running around. Fountain of Youth is very basic. I stay in the men's section and use the wet sauna and big jacuzzi. I go back and forth and take a nap. For me, that's enough. I'm able to relax much better at Fountain of Youth then Spa Castle. It's a personal preference.
