Only positive thing was the young lady working the register. She was extremely polite, friendly and easy going. However, they only got 1 meal 5 right the first time and the wait time was excessive. But again the young lady made it somewhat tolerable.

The strawberry frosty is the best thing they've ever done! The service at this location on this day was EXTREMELY slow. Maybe they were short-staffed, but the person in the drive-thru window was courteous and apologetic.

The manager was about to start acting a complete fool because i asked for extra crackers with my chili! unbelievable. the girl at the window was nice but that manager was mean and rude for no reason! if i wasn’t in such a rush i probably would’ve said something. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

2 consecutive days, I ordered a classic bacon egg & cheese, both days they instead, gave me sausage egg & cheese. The 2nd time, they gave me sausage egg & cheese croissant sandwich, which is a completely different sandwich. I did not get a receipt with either order. I was on my way to work, so I didn't have time to check my order, also out of courtesy of other customers in the line, I trusted they would get it right the 2nd time. The sandwiches were ok, but not enjoyable, because I didn't get what I paid for. Do yourself a favor and double check your order before leaving.
