It’s bad enough that this McDonald’s ain’t that good but to have rude staff as well. On this day early morning around 10am I had a staff member (apparently his name is Steven) here get mad at me for getting my order wrong. I had a missing item and he gon say another staff and himself verified the order and that the order was correct. Well if it was correct I wouldn’t be back here would I. This is not the first time I’ve had missing items from my meal mind you and I’m sure it won’t be the last for anyone that comes here.

The heifer at the register was super rude. I went through the drive thru around 5:45am. I mean, why are you that rude and cold early in the morning? She looked like a manager too. She was so cold, it made me leary about eating my food. I do understand that they may have been short staffed that early but, don't take it out on the customers. We didn't do it!

Very slow. Not sure if it's today only. Several customers drove away while in the drive thru line due to serious delays. However, after they canceled my order thinking I drove off and tried to give me cold fries they have me fresh fries and didn't charge me due to the very long wait. That made up for the delay and long wait. Not sure what was going on but hope it's fixed going forward.

I should have known not to go here when there wasn’t even a line around the building at lunch time on a Saturday. I hadn’t had one of their chicken sandwiches in a long time because I live close to a Chick-Fila and Strips. This Mc Donald’s is not worthy of one star, but that is the closest option available. The chicken was cold and the lettuce disgusting. Further, the young man misheard my order over the speaker. It happens and I thought it was corrected at the pay window. At the pick up window, when I mentioned that I didn’t have my small fries the women at the window became confrontational and demanded the receipt. I handed it to her and she argued that I didn’t order them. I told her that I did and am happy to pay for them as I had intended to. She told me “no”. Seriously.. There was not even one car behind me and she told me I would have to pull around and order them at the speaker. I smiled and advised that I would never pull up to that window again. Since when do food establishments treat customers like they are trying to get something for nothing and then punish them? There are too many other options for chicken sandwiches in the area and clearly you get what you pay for. I clearly got nothing for something when I paid for food that I had to throw away.
