My son and I came here yesterday evening after he got off work at Worlds of Fun at 6:30 pm. I put his order in at 6:45 pm and was stuck in the line for 50 minutes waiting for his food and you can't get out of line because once you're in the drive thru line your stuck there's no way to get out. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too, longest wait ever for being "Fast Food". And this isn't the first time every time I visit this Taco Bell you spend at least 20 minutes in line. I will NOT be back and hope for other people's sake you close up. You all need to figure something out, I could have went to McDonald's in Claycomo, order his food, got his food, he could have eaten and had a shower in the time we waited yesterday in line at this Taco Bell. Not to mentioned when I finally made it to the window to pay I saw drinks sitting there made up for the five cars behind us that probably waited for an hour too. Terrible experience "Fast Food" isn't "Fast Food" anymore especially at this Taco Bell 👎💯.

False Advertisement completely! I've seen a Taco bell commercial for the last few days and just saw another one just now. And I quote " $2 cheesy double beef burritos... Yet each slimy snoody disrespectful store and employees in Kansas City, Missouri, want to charge $2.49 each and claim it's for the taxes... ABSURD!

Service is usually slow, and that's it if the doors aren't locked and it's drive-thru only in the middle of the day for whatever reason. If the doors are locked then the drive-thru lines halfway around the building and it takes you 40 minutes to get anything.

Haven't been to Taco Bell in over a year. Went to drive thru but I was backing up line. Went in to order and was told to use the screen. Not a fan of that since Covid is still present. Overall food wasn't bad and i would return
