I phoned at 3PM and saw Ashley the next morning at 9AM - glad to get right in. I needed a trim on course grey hair, to clean up the ends. Ashley did an excellent cut that I'm feeling really great about, a week later. I knew to flat iron my thick hair before going since there's no hair-washing at the studio; but no big deal - this gave the stylist the best view of how ragged my ends were. Highly recommend. It's a beautiful shop!

Please do not support a place that treats client as burdens and responds to every negative review as if the client is in the wrong. They're disrespectful to POC and respond to every 1 star reply with "we love your hair". If you love kinky hair you wouldn't disrespect as seen in these pictures.
