Drive thru was slow, employee taking order was rude. Got drink wrong. Went inside to correct no one was working counter. Replacement drink was also wrong.

I asked for my sandwich without bacon, they made it incorrectly. I drove back and politely asked for my money back as I can’t eat pork and couldn’t wait for a remake. I spoke with 2 different employees (one manager), neither offered an apology. The most basic customer service skills were lacking at this location.

This is my favorite Wendy's to go to. The food is hot and made right and delicious. The staff is kind, they make the food in a timely manner too. It's clean. The team that's working here is doing it right. Thank you all at this Wendy's. I go out of my way to stores like this one because I can count on a over all great experience. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
