Worst fast food place I have ever been to, waited in line for a half hour to get 2 sandwiches and then the order was messed up. Would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone.

I strictly scored based on food quality, cost, service. I had 2 (single)cheeseburgers, large fry and large Coke. Quality was fair at best. Burger was not hot and I ate within 3 minutes of delivery. Fries were also just warm. Soda was fine. Price was almost $9. About the same as chipotle but far less quality ingredients. Store appeared to be under staffed with limited experience. No big rush hr. Approx 2pm weekday. To make comparisons I only measure against what I can get for same price. I believe chipotle, Culver’s, Chick-fil-A are much better quality, service and value are a 25% to 35% better buy.

*Rating compared to other McDonalds* Pros: 1) Relatively clean interior, minus a few tables that no one had gotten to cleaning 2) Basically had all you would want in service (employees seem nice) Cons: 1) Self kiosks direct you to grab a “table tent” (aka table number) before placing an order - however, no such objects existed. So we just made up a number which worked since no one else was eating here at 7 pm 2) Soda on the weaker side (probably set to a lower amount of syrup than other places)

McDonald's is never a five star restaurant experience. I get that. But the employees at this store are awful. Completely lacking in courtesy, they don't even respond to "thank you" (is a simple "you're welcome" or "have a nice day" too much to ask?!) and a surly look is more commonthan a smile. Too busy looking at their phones to answer a question, downright rude over the intercom in the drive-thru -- they won't even listen long enough to get the order straight when they clearly entered it wrong. And the facility -- nice remodel did nothing to rid it of flies and uncleaned surfaces. Avoid this store and go the few miles further to go to a different one!
