People were very nice there. However, my online order went through about 3 hours later. I placed the order before we went out for lunch and expected to pick up my order after that. When I got to the store, my order wasn't ready. The lady showed me that my order went through to the store 2 minutes ago. So, we had to go back another day.

Well stocked and maintained store. Good place to go for art supplies. In my case I found some really cool charms and beads for crafting bracelets. Bathroom and store was very clean too. Prices could be a little better though. Once upon a time Micheals used to offer 40% off. Now the app offers 20% off but is also a rewards program. Employees are super friendly and helpful as well.

The lady in the yarn dept sent me down an isle saying all cotton yarns are down here? I looked at 6 different yarns they all were Acrylic! Very messy low stock & they know nothing about.

I love Michael's but sometimes this store has low or no inventory on those must have items. Needs a bit more variety and selection in their season themed items and not just holiday themed. Otherwise it's a great place to get your craft ON!
