I do not recommend this company. The manager (AnnaMaria Sanfilippo) from San Jose Ca is bipolar, and unprofessional. If a person does not speak perfect English, prepare to be looked down at and fired. She does not know how to separate personal matters and work. I was mistreated and her bosses/managers Edward Fleming didn't do anything about it. They don’t seem to care the well being or of others. There has been bullying of some kind as well. Human Resources never answer my calls and didn't care what I had to say. They don’t know what they're doing at San Jose Ca and Santa Clara County. Horrible!

Gotta love a place that provides opportunities for persons that otherwise would have limited opportunities

This particular place has been a bit rough for my friend who works at the company in Roseville. The coworkers have been mistreating her & the bosses/managers haven’t done anything about it. They don’t seem to care about her well being or of others. There has been bullying of some kind as well.

I worked here, the roseville location for a couple weeks...i liked it, i loved my clients. But, they were not getting paid a humane amount and never had a voice. Im strongly for those with special needs need to be doing actual work and being taught basic skills...not here, they sit at a table all day long putting bolts and nuts together while talking, or they are doing tea training, in which that is standing/sitting and putting different colored cardboard pieces onto a tray of 15, and putting them in a box. Its completely adsurd and i feel as if they should be doing MORE!! not to mention, this company is completely fake for what they do work wise, if youve been here you know about the tours, and well doing tours they have everyone do FAKE work, wether is be work they did the day before and taking it all apart and not doing anything for 2 hours and then starting it to make it seem like they are working. I was fired from PRIDE, because of someone elses mistake and they had blamed me for it because i was a temp. I was there everyday on time, i did everything they wanted, i followed directions, and really feel i did everything right!! They will fire you for getting simple math wrong, they will fire you for chewing gum, they will fire you for giving an opinion. The workers have no voice and many of them cry in the work place because they are not happy at all!! Horrible company.

Hi Cindy, thanks for your question. We do not currently have a facility in Oregon. If you have additional questions about this topic, please speak with your PRIDE supervisor.

Yes, why do they pay below minimum wage? How can that be legal? My son just started working there and earns $2.47 an hour! How is this possible?!

That's no reason to pay people slave wages. If his disability checks decrease because he's earning enough from a job to live on isn't that a good thing? He wants to work. He wants to earn a living so he can afford clothes, a haircut, to go to the movies with friends... He can't do any of that on a disability check and wage of $2.47 an hour... There's no reason to pay the people who need it most less than minimum wage. They are not 'less than' because someone labels them as having a disability. Don't pay 'less than'.
