I clearly told the cashier what I want he said ok to what I wanted and ask was it the meal or sandwich I said sandwich and repeated bacon and pepper jack and he said ok again got home looked at my receipt no where on there did it have bacon and pepperjack smh and he spoke so low I had to keep saying pardon me smh again.

If you want to gamble with what you order vs what you get, this is the Wendy's for you! We ordered 2 grilled chicken combos, one with Sprite & one with a strawberry lemonade. Also, ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget combo with a peach mango lemonade. What we got: 1 grilled chicken sandwich, 1 spicy crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, 5 regular chicken nuggets and 5 spicy chicken nuggets in the same container. They asked what kind of sauce for the nuggets when we ordered, but had to ask for it again at the window because there was none in the bag. Also had to ask for ketchup and straws because there were none in the bags. They did manage to get the drinks right though....

Sign says the dining room is open but all the doors are locked. And when you try to call the store it goes to some guys voice mail. I'm not going to eat without first washing my hands. F this place I'm going next door to Culver's.

I totally get that short staffing is an issue. I definitely blame the corporation and not necessarily the store in most cases. But I've run a fast food kitchen short staffed plenty and you Cannot just close 15 minutes early unless it is an emergency
