Great food. Lots of it in a clean restaurant. When we came in they were just finishing drying the high chairs after a power wash. I wish all restaurants did this.

We ordered one thing. One. Fries were limp, not crispy. Excellent customer service by the only person wearing a lovely black mask...at the register! Bravo sweetie, we appreciate YOU!!!! She's our 5* favorite! Everyone else breathing on the food needs to MASK UP THOSE VAPORS FROM YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE. Some wore gloves, others did not. No masks observed in cooking areas. I'm assuming food handling & cleanliness are optional at this location. Won't be back once we realized these practices. Ew. 🤢 📌Please note they do not respond to their grossness reviews ie. COVID protocols, nasty floors etc.

Never again. Been there numerous times and it's as if they intentionally hire the rudest folks possible to take orders. Perhaps consider training your staff in basic customer serve skills being ownership/management is ultimately responsible for this location's notorious incompetence. From now on I'll patronize the nearby Culvers where they actually understand civility and service

After hearing so much positive stuff about Five Guys I recently had the chance to check it out. While eating one of my fave snacks..salted 🥜 in the shell (I love working to get the peanut out of the shell) that are free to eat while waiting for your order, my sister guided me through the order process. She suggested sizes to order. A few peanuts later our order was ready. Everything is a la carte. She raved about the fries which were plentiful. Salted to perfection. My order was a bacon cheeseburger. I didn't know you had to request what garnishments you wanted. Before our order was ready my sister asked one of the employees to add lettuce and tomato. It was one of the most satisfying burgers taste wise and size wise. I highly recommend a visit. Remember you need to mention the garnishments you would like on burgers. Enjoy!
