Maintenance is almost always same day or next day! Comical apt managers and mgmt team - everyone likes them. Now remodeling outside at Mission Hill Apts - new patio fences, new windows & patio doors, upper siding and beautiful wrought iron. Trees, landscaping, comical birds, squirrels & chipmunks. Nice, peaceful place to live. Outdoor pools & kids' waterpark across the street, Sylvester Powell gym & indoor pools, racket ball courts & gorgeous rental rooms just two buildings away! You can go 20 places on a Saturday in Mission without the gas hand even moving off of full. Mission is 50% young people and 50% elderly people, & everyone respects each other here. The bar & grills are the best ever and extremely popular by all ages. KCMO & other counties love to come here. Yaaas! I grew up in Hawaii in a Marine Corps family. I have lived in different cities & both coasts. Everyone here is proud to say they live in Mission, KS. If you are new to Kansas City, this is the best place to start living the dream.

At first Beth was great when I first signed onto my lease everything seemed great, but as a year passed and I resigned my lease first off my monthly rate was raised not by much but it’s the fact that it was raised without notice and then I was falsely accused of throwing my trash in the recycling but then when someone else had done it a public message is sent out saying to all residents for it to be taken care of before the trash fee is raised?? So when I asked about that they told me they couldn’t figure out whose trash it was which I find interesting bc again it wasn’t an issue when they accused me of doing so. Which I know wasn’t me bc I don’t spend time in my apartment bc I don’t like it there. I stay with my family when I can bc of the loud neighbors below me and the again I don’t like this complex. Last thing is I have two support animals and after a year of being on the lease I get told That they were not aware I had them which is false bc Beth was the one who helped me set up my lease and It was said to her then that I had two support animals and she failed to note that I would be needing a doctors note to “prove I have a disability” and to state that they are there to support my disability. Very unprofessional and disorganized, this company does not have their stuff together. The ladies are nice but again disorganized and unprofessional. Sad to say. Last thing is they do not give 24 hour notice before entering your apartment. I asked for that a while back and was told that is impossible bc the maintenance men are so busy it’s hard to know when they will be able to stop by. A little sketchy in my opinion but again. They aren’t very professional. I don’t recommend this complex at all. Go else where. Apartments are nice but not worth the hassle. Even now with a response that is still not how things have been handled unfortunately:/ Again very unprofessional. Just as you have documents and receipts, so do I:) thank you for your response I still wouldn’t advise anyone to get an apartment with this company.

Management is professional, friendly, and responsive to request as they were needed with great attention to detail. This has by far been the best managed property I have been apart of and I would recommend At Home to anyone looking for an apartment in the area! I also enjoyed living in a location with restaurants and stores near by too. Truly a gem in NE Johnson County.

I have rented from them for 2 years and just renewed for another. I have had nothing but positive experiences with anyone associated with them. The amazing ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. The maintenance people are quick to respond even in the middle of the night. And I even have fantastic neighbors. Any one who asks about where I live hears how great I think they all are in general.
