10/10 DO NOT recommend to anyone. If there is another MW near you, it is worth the drive. I called twice the week of my brother's wedding to check the status of my husband and son's rental. The lady who answered the phone completely dismissed me. It was almost like she did not want to work. I asked the status of the rental because everyone else has already gotten theirs and both times she said "it will be on the truck today". The second time I called, I asked if she could look it up by the information just to try to find it and she would not even do that. She told me that we would get an email when it was ready, but we never did. I had to chat with someone on the MW website in order to get this problem fixed all to find out the rentals were ALREADY at the store. This could have been resolved if she would've actually done her job. We ended up having a problem with my son's shoe rental and I have called multiple times since the store opened and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone to help me with this, so here I am again having to chat with someone from the website to get help. This store needs to work on their customer service. I know it is hard to find good help in today's world, but goodness.

I highly recommend Men's Warehouse for everyone who is looking for something nice for any special occasion. My husband and son needed suits for an upcoming wedding in September and they were able to find something in mins. I highly recommend Men's Warehouse for everyone. We will definitely do business with them again in the near future.

Our sells person was nice and professional. There was an incident while we were there but the employee apologized to us. The suit was very nice that my hubby decided on. Small selection but good quality stuff.

My son rented a Tux for his junior prom this past weekend. Pants were not fitted properly…were supposed to be slim fitting and they were super baggy. The tie and the pocket square were 2 different shades of red, which was entirely noticeable. The shoes were sized too big and the cuff links were very poor quality. Tried calling the store a few times me couldn’t get anyone on the phone…being a good ride from the store and schedule we were not able to get back there before the event…
