Nice Belk but needs more help, had to wander around for 20 minutes before I found a place to check out. Not acceptable at all. Was always a great store but seems to be going down.

The clothes are not all that Great for what you pay for them...I went into Belk in Anderson SC and the bathroom is closed! They don't even have money to open the bathroom!!!

Continually disappointed in the Men's Big & Tall section at this location. For years now, they seem to over order the cheaper less desirable brands that sit on the shelf all season and under order the sought after brands that fly off the shelf. Makes no sense. They don't have a single 3xt button up in Izod, Chaps, or Ralph Lauren - but plently of full racks of Champion, Zellos, and Saddlebred that no one seems to buy, ever.

I was pleasantly surprised by an associate named Tracy. She was kind, patient and very helpful. I am technically challenged with all the apps when trying to use coupons, etc... she took the time to help me and apply all the savings that she could and did it with a smile. This is rare....I hope the Belk store acknowledges and recognizes what a truly awesome individual this associate is.
