I placed an order on 03/18/22. The estimated deliver date was 03/23/22, well so far I've received 2 of the items I ordered they were in 2 separate shipments. The first package was delivered on time, the second package was late and an item was missing. The rest of the order has been split up. They said another package was shipped and estimated delivery was 03/25/22, now its been delayed. The fourth package estimated date is Monday. It wasn't a big order. I will not use JCP again and I'm going to return the items because they are no longer needed.

Bought some school clothes for my granddaughter and as most people money is very tight these days. I washed them once in cold water and they shrunk very badly!! Had never had this problem with any clothes I had purchased for her in the past. I was told that it was an inconvenience but JCP policy is to only help you if the product has not been worn or washed!!! Do I have psychic abilities that I would know when a garment will shrink!!! Would not have given any stars except you can only leave a review so you must give them at least one. I am very disappointed in Penny's for this horrible service and policy!!! The Shirts are very cute and I was very disappointed but all companies want is your money!! If anyone else has had trouble with Penny's please let others know so they can shop elsewhere!!!
