They have just completely shut off order ahead for at least two weeks now and always have huge lines in the drive thru.

I stopped at this location went through the drive-thru and waited several minutes also saying hello into the microphone with no response. The store was open as I saw somebody walk in prior to me pulling up. Eventually I pulled up to the window not understanding what was going on. There was an employee inside the window who made eye contact with me inside the window then walked off as I saw two other employees inside I sat there for two or three minutes until I realized they're just ignoring me. I pulled up to go inside and order assuming they were busy and the door was locked no one came to tell me sorry man we closed early. It was extremely rude unprofessional and I spend way too much money at Starbucks but not at that one.

Ordered ahead through app but by the time we reached, drive through line was never ending. Spent about 15 minutes in queue. I asked for dragon drink instead I got lemonade although my cup said dragon drink. Had to wait couple more minutes to get it right. No matter the time in entire day, this location is always full of capacity and getting coffee in less than 15 minutes seems dreamy. I wish they hire more employees.

Nearly the only thing I drink at Starbucks is cold brew. It’s 7:45 am and they’re out of it which means they either didn’t order correctly or they didn’t plan and prepare it ahead of time. The drive thru line here is also ridiculous and no one will let you in line because the line forms straight to the side road.
