Really cheap apts decent area if u dont have a car. besides for a break in no issues in over 2 years just keep to yourself mind your own and should be an ok spot to live

My room was broken into it took 2 days to replace I was living with out a lock on the door for 2 days my windows were broken twice it 20 days to get t thfixed I tried to give 30 day notice she refused to accept it she said it was too Late not returning the deposit

In the Las Vegas Emerald Estates Apartments I must say that the corporate office totally is a very irresponsible leader/owner to assist their tenants in extreme emergency situations that their office personnel of the on-site apartment is not willing to accommodate Customer Service to very important unplanned assistance including that of a deceased situation. I plan to report this to rental association attorneys & offices.
