I bought a pontoon boat from this shop last year. The buying process was pretty straight forward. Picked up the boat and had to go back day one for the fire extinguisher they did not install. The boat itself operates within specs but the doors are very difficult to operate. I paid for a boat cover which I found stuffed under the seats with no directions on how to install. Found them on line and used the cover this winter. It is advertised as " no pooling", but no matter how I install it, I end up with a 40 gallon pool after a rainfall. Spent the winter trying various configurations with the same result. One of the perks of the sale was a VIP gift card good for two years. It took several phone calls and 4 store visits over the past year to finally produce a card. I went to use it today for some tackle and the person at the register asked for my identification. To my surprise there was a name on it and it wasn't mine. Very embarrassing. I spoke to a manager and he said it was all corporates fault. He took my name and number said he would get back to me. It has been a very frustrating experience. Not inclined to make another big ticket purchase from this company.

Truly torn about the overall rating. 1st time visiting the store and let me just say its huge. Has everything you could ever imagine in terms of outdoor activities. It even has a restaurant inside which looks amazing. MOST everyone there was pleasant up until we reached the gun counter and wanted to look at a gun on display. There were 2 employees down by the computer so I walked over and asked if I needed to take a number and they said no, what did I need. I told them we wanted to see a gun which was on display so 1 of the men walked over to where my husband was standing. Unsure if he was mad to be working on Easter Sunday or what, but he was so unhelpful, lacked the desire to want to talk or provide info on the gun we were looking at, when my husband asked him a question, he spoke very condescending and appeared to want to display some sort of authority based on his tone and volume of his voice, he was very short and nonchalant. My initial instinct was to tell him my husband to give him back the gun, we are no longer interested and leave the store immediately, but luckily my husband's interest was short lived because it didn't meet his needs and we were able to get away from this incredibly rude human being. I can honestly say I don't think ill be driving 65 miles anytime soon to a store that clearly doesn't have customer service driven employees or values. Again the store is amazing, but some of the employees could stand to take a customer service class.

Really cool store with lots of sporting goods. There is a restaurant on site as well. Lots to see and do here.

All the people that helped us were great. I got amazed by everything in here for HOURS. This was fun for me, my husband, and 8 year old daughter. They even have a target game 🎯 up stairs.
