They need to work on their customer service. I went in to pick up a Grubhub order but it wasn't ready. I went to ask one of the workers how long it would be but was completely ignored even after loudly saying excuse me (in case they couldn't here me) twice. I waited 10 minutes watching people place their orders and get their food before I left.

Best experience I've ever had at a Wawa. Michelle and her team were extremely nice, caring, and helpful to me when I was being difficult and making special orders, especially since they were slammed and had to serve a bunch of other customers in addition to myself.

Went in for breakfast. Ordered a breakfast sandwich which took them forever to make just to not have my sandwich made correctly. The two employees making the food seemed to have an attitude and the one employee made a smart remark as I was walking out. I go in there often after my night shift and that was the only bad experience I've had but that was enough to turn me off from coming in to get any kind of food from there.
