It was my first time trying to rent a unit at a storage. Didn’t know what to expect but thanks to the help of Juan V. My experience was great. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had. If anyone is ever interested in renting a unit at a storage, it would be here at this location with Juan V.

Showed up at 7:30 am to register for a unit I had reserved the previous day. Cindy Perez the on duty manager walked me through everything. She explained everything very well. She showed me the storage unit we rented and walked me throughout the premises. She did all of this with a smile on her face which was very refreshing given the current lack of customer service climate we are experiencing due to worker shortages. Overall a 5 star experience and I would attribute that to Cindy.
