So this company stated that they delivered my products last night at 11:30PM. My front door cam says otherwise. No one showed up. When I reached out to them they said that they had a photo proof but didn't want to show me the proof. They then told me to contact the vendor instead.... Why not show me the proof you say you have?

Awful customer service. Called them to hold a package for pickup bc I was out of town. They returned it to sender and I drove 30 mins to their facility to pick it up.

I had placed an order to be delivered by on track at the end of November. They came to deliver to my job on the 14th but the company was closed. They never came back to deliver after that so i called the company to see an update since the web didn’t have anything and they said they couldn’t tell me . I then asked to change this for pick up at the facility my package should be at and the next day i get an email saying they are unable to locate my package at the facility. I was very disappointed since last Christmas we had a package stolen i am sure from the same place, they said it had been delivered but our Ring camera showed otherwise. So i called and asked to speak to a manager … i was transferred to Jessica. I was not being rude because i myself also work in customer service. She started off nice then quickly because defensive and short . I asked if she could help me and all that was said was i can’t explain what happened i don’t know that’s why we are referring you back to your vendor in a very standoffish way. On track has a bad rep and now i see why.

Lost my packages.. found 1 one of them.. refused to take responsibility for losing the second one.... or letting the vendor know that they messed up. and the vendor went ahead and charged me $400 for a package that was never delivered. Called their "customer service" and the second person that I spoke to refused to let me speak to their supervisor. I will actively check from now on to see if a vendor is delivering with them or not. If they are, I will refuse to place an order.
