Excellent service received from this organization. From the moment I was picked up for my appointment until I was dropped off back home. Although it was time consuming, in which I was notified previously that it would be a visit of approximately 2 to 3 hours. It didnt seem to feel that long. After completing my assessment and given all proper instructions in less than 30 minutes we were all heading back to our homes. Overall lengthy but very well organized. Good service given.

I am with my mother who is 85 - 1/2 years of age. We are seeking transportation for wheelchair bound people. She can no longer walk so If she is eligible then I can take her on outings during the day. It's like going to Disneyland for her, a happy smile on her face.

They have free parking, if you have an appointment for evaluation let them pick you up, they will also take your care provider
just take a polaroid picture and some scissors and cut it there.
Call to set up a appt n let them know that you need to renew ur membership. Call the customer service number
Its better if you call them if you lost your card i think its $5 x replace the card
