This Dunkin location is horrible! We are locals and thought we would give it another chance but once again they proved they cannot handle the volume. The drive thru line was backed up all the way to the entrance so we went inside. Inside was no better, the line was almost to the door with only one person working the register. After waiting for 15 minutes they announced that you had to have exact change or credit.

Waited 20 minutes for a 5$ laté… if you are on a time crunch this isnt the place. The lobby has weird operating hours too.

I visited this DDs May 31st in the AM. The woman taking my order was super friendly and upbeat which I appreciated because I was irritated with I4 traffic and I came here on a whim because of said traffic and needed to make myself feel better! The gentleman at the window was ALSO super friendly and I didn’t even have to wait for my coffee, which was made perfectly. I really appreciate the kindness and it’s like they know I4 sucks so they’re extra nice… IYKYK😁 THANK YOU!!!

Spent almost an hour at this location. They take and fill orders one at a time before moving onto the next customer at both the drivethru and counter, creating an unnecessarily long process when they have lots of inefficient people standing around doing as little as possible. I placed an order in the app while sitting in the drive thru line in hopes that I could help speed up this rather slow process. By the time I received my order it had been sitting prepared on a counter for half an hour. The sandwich was cold, the ice had melted in my coffee. I took the food inside to have it remade. I waited approximately 10 minutes to be presented with the burnt, poorly portioned sandwich photographed below. My coffee was not replaced at all, and no one offered an apology. While I was waiting for my very well done sandwich customers asking for condiments, straws, napkins, etc were constantly told they have to wait because they’re very busy in a very rude way. It took all I had in me not to share my frustration with this terrible experience in person in this restaurant full of families and children. This place is doomed; I’ll be glad when champions gate has a better option for all-day coffee and makes the Dunkin’ a ghost town. I’ll be following up with corporate! Rude people have no business working in the restaurant business!!! Get the lead out!

Our experience was awful the last time we were there. Lots of employees, but nothing was done. We waited a long time with no line, then our order was wrong.
One of two reasons most likely people just vent here in the review section and don't actually call the DM or corporate which would actually maybe get the problems fixed or the DM and corporate don't care because this location is in such a high tourist area that they get plenty of first time customers to keep them afloat
