Unfortunately this is one of the worst Panera’s in the Championsgate/Kissimmee area. Their drive-thru menu is almost unreadable, the worst design. Completely black with small white letters with no actual structure to it. We wanted to buy multiple items like chips, cookies, etc., to go along with our meals but the menu was so confusing we just got the easiest thing we could decipher from it. When ordering we had to repeat what we wanted multiple times and they still got the order wrong. I ask for a bagel with plain cream cheese and when I took a bite (after I had driven off) I realized they completely forgot the cream cheese!!! They charged me extra for the cream cheese by the way. The large Pepsi I ordered was basically carbonated water with a dash of Pepsi flavor. The syrup must have been low because their drinks were essentially seltzer. Not to mention the fact we waited for over 5 minutes to get our food even though we were the only ones at the drive-thru the entire time. The employees were nice but the overall service and experience was garbage. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to step it up.

Lovely place! Clean, spacious. Gorgeous outdoor patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Delicious food, and great coffee. The breakfast wraps are amazing, with perfect combination of eggs, meat, vegetables and sauce.

Today was my 14th birthday, my single struggling mother of 2 teens wanted to do something special. We went to Disney world and had a blast. Then later we were going to get food, I bought a large Mac and cheese that I didn’t receive, it spoiled my day. Good thing we still have the bread for the candle.

I ordered my food through the app. This restaurant is so unfriendly and very unprofessional. I got a text saying my order was ready at the rapid pick up. When I walked in there was nothing there. I looked to see who I could ask and the people at the register were hiding behind the counter. The girl who was suppose to be ringing up customers was laughing and talking on her cell phone. There were two people by the bakery and they turned away when I looked at them. I looked around and this guy comes out of the kitchen and completely ignores me. Finally some guy walks up to me and asks if I need help. He goes back to grab my order and hands it to me. I check my bag and I am missing stuff so I just walk up to the cashier and she looks so bothered. I just want to grab my food and go it should not be this difficult.
