I took my 4-year-old quaker parrot to this vet after she displayed symptoms of egg-binding, an emergency condition. The receptionist and vet techs were all very friendly and understanding of the situation. After the initial examination, the doctor (who was amazing!) explained in detail what my options were for treatment and answered every question I had. I then paid up front with reassurance that I would get a refund for any tests or procedures they did not need to do. While Gemee was kept as an inpatient, I could call at any hour to speak with the vet tech that was assigned to her (and I did many times), and they told me how she was doing. I am very appreciative that the doctor waited instead of insisting on expensive, high-risk, invasive procedures, and Gemee (with the help of antibiotics, fluids, and an incubator) ended up passing the egg on her own without needing an egg implosion or surgery. It was overall a great experience, and I will be back if she ever needs any more high-quality emergency care!

I brought my pet guinea pig Ginger for an emergency because he was doing very poorly. Their service to our pet was amazing but we waited for more than 3 hours. Not only that but they made us sit outside in the hot sun while others were inside and there was plenty of room. Finally, we talked it through with them about how it was unfair and they let us sit inside. Again, they did a phenomenal job with Ginger just some minor setbacks.

They took great care of my baby boy Shadow the staff was fast and efficient especially Elisha and Dr. Solis you guys saved my babies life! He is now eating better and pooping better as well! You guys are angels ❤️

I had to rush my baby to St. Charles Saturday after midnight and I must say all the allergy issues my dog has had and all of the vets we have been to this by far was the absolute best! We saw Dr. May and Miss Jackie and they took such good care of him and I believe added the quality of life, that my fur baby deserves! Thank you ladies you are rock stars and deserve the best!
