Took car for oil change, had the transmission flushed as well. Approximately just over one month later, the oil leaked out, by the time the light came on it was almost empty. The oil was black and filthy dirty, I can't help but think it was never changed especially since I have read the reviews. I've taken my Honda to MD, PA, Florida, and another dealer close to here, all Honda dealerships. I have never had any problems or issues in the past, and have always left feeling confident that my car received the utmost care. Also I can report that not all if any of the fluids were checked. I am lucky that my CR-V is not completely ruined. I will drive to another facility and never go back here again. I thought it was unusually quiet when I was there, unlike any place else I have been. We bought our very first Honda here also.

Our staff is required to wear masks daily, and we ask and recommend that our guests and customers do also. In addition to the masks, we have plexiglass on sales desks, finance desks, and on service advisor stations that serve as additional protective barriers. We have spaced our service customer lounge chairs to be at a safe distance for customers while waiting. We also have a professional commercial cleaning crew that cleans every other night, and they also do the antibacterial spray specifically for COVID cleaning at least twice a month.
You just need to add air to your tires and bring them back up to factory specs. Check inside door for correct tire pressure and it should go off.
I bought a used CRV just a couple years ago & I only had a set amount of money due to being a (poor) widow. I was about to leave after looking at sticker prices on other CRVs. The salesman was able to let me have a very clean, used CRV with all the money I could afford. It was a win - win situation. I m very happy with Joe Romeos Honda - Mazda dealership.
