We were travelling across the midwest to move our son from undergraduate to graduate school when the check engine light came on on his 2010 XC60. We were in Cleveland at the time and neither of the Volvo dealers were willing to squeeze us in, but they recommended we contact this dealership as it was along on route. I called and spoke with Samantha Porco and she agreed to fit us in first thing in the morning. We adjusted our plans to make this appointment happen and when I arrived - with a uHaul attached - she didn't even blink. "No worries" we can detach and look at your car. I waited maybe an hour and she came back - "your car is fixed". Words cannot express how grateful we are to Samantha and Jim Anderson who worked on our car to continue on for a safe drive. They went above and beyond the call of duty for us to know we would be leaving our son with a car in proper working order.
