Your service manager was polite and helpful, they got my vehicle in when they said they would and explained that if the parts came from one area when they would have them and if they came from another area it would take a little longer. They had my vehicle done quicker than they said they would. When I went in they explained everything they did and answered all my question. These guys deserve a lot of credit and praise. They are great.

Horrible service dept! I bought my '15 GMC here when it was Harmon's GMC. Got a recall notice in the mail a while back and called last week to schedule the recall service. First, they wouldn't transfer me to service; instead, the receptionist insisted on booking by appointment. I booked it 8 days out due to my schedule. Took my vehicle in on the scheduled day and learned that since I didn't call Parts and order my recall part, they couldn't perform the service since they didn't have the part. Now tell me, who would think that they need to make two calls; one to Service to book the appointment, and a second call to Parts to order the necessary part(s) - which I have no clue what was needed? My only reason to return is to get the recall performed.

We had a great experience working with this dealership! Nick White was awesome to work with and willing to go the extra mile for his customers! It is so refreshing to go to a dealership and work with people who are honest and upfront and are not pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership for anybody who's looking for a vehicle right now. Will be back next time we're in the market.
