Beautiful park, tucked down in the Redwood River valley - nice shaded picnic area and trails, plus a swimming hole.

Pleasantly surprised on how beautiful this park is! The upper campground spots are mostly private and spaced apart & perfect for the solo & couples . Lower campground is close to playground, swimming pond and is wide open camping. Perfect for families. The park has a wide range of trails, level 1(paved or flat) on up to level 3 ( dirt/rock and steep in parts). The Rangers we're absolutely wonderful! I had a mostly flat tire and they fixed me up at their maintenance facility. I'll be back to Camden State Park!

This park is remarkable!!! Nice camping stores, very clean restrooms, and the most friendly caring staff!!!! While we stayed here camping we went to Marshall to see the fire works. They also have a nice swimming hole to cool off!!! The showers are nice and clean. Also this park sells ice and fire wood. Me and my wife sure had a good time here ๐Ÿ•!!!!!! Thankyou Minnesota for Providing us Minnesotans great places to escape to!!!!!!

We were here for a small family reunion on my husbands side. It is a very beautiful place to camp at. There are many hiking trails to take and explore and the spring feed swimming pound is amazing. Just by me saying how amazing it is doesn't do it any justice you must got and see for your self๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Minnesota State Parks have a 14 day limit, however the park manager has the discretion to allow longer stays if demand is low, such as during the off season. I'd advise calling the park office and asking them.
