First time here and the pup πΎ and I totally enjoyed the trails! Very well maintained and the trails are marked (see pic) perfectly. Caught the leaves π changing to the beautiful weather and sounds of nothing but NATURE! Not overcrowded but a few other hikers/families out with their doggos. Maps and restrooms near parking along with signage everywhere. Recommend!

The Medoc Mountain State Park Visitors Center offers visitors an opportunity to meet and learn about some local area residents, including beavers, bears, and myriad species of woodpeckers and other birds. A staff member kindly greeted us upon entering the visitors center building, and introduced us to Charlie, the resident corn snake. The short habitat trail was a hit with the kids as we stretched our legs. Great stop for families with young children, with clean restrooms, close to I-95.

Fun little park with nice trails. Good spot for kids and a pretty challenging bike trail.

Soaring to an elevation of 325 feet above sea level Medoc Mountain is amazing! The views from the top are non existent but there are plenty of trails to explore. The Habitat Adventure trail is to the left of the visitor center building. Itβs a short paved trail with educational stations along the way. The mountain bike trail access is located across the road via Bear Swamp Trail. A better parking spot for hiking access is located down the road at the picnic area in front of the large shelter. The trailhead is located behind the shelter. Clean restrooms available in the shelter behind the fire place. Be sure to check out the Bluff Loop Trail for some great views of Little Fishing Creek.

Has electrical for trailers. One site to get water for trailer one to drain tanks.plan ahead. Reserve a space.
No, but there is a big grass field at the group camp and public picnic area. Lots of forrest trails to walk and hike.
Definitely don't ride ATVs inside the Park. Can't ride them on public roads to begin with, and offroad ATV inside a Park is a citable offense.
It's free.
There are electric and non electric sites. Water is available at specific places throughout the campground but not at every site.
This park has camping spots that accommodate tents and rv's but it isn't a huge campground. I suggest that you call ahead to see if there are spots available. Being on a motorcycle shouldn't be a problem
No septic hookups, but 50/30 amp. Water nearby but not directly on the campsite. 33ft RV is no problem. Reservations aren't necessary but highly recommended--electric sites are very often booked full on the weekends.
You can drive
