Definitely don't ride ATVs inside the Park. Can't ride them on public roads to begin with, and offroad ATV inside a Park is a citable offense.
I don't think ATVs are allowed on the trails in Medoc Mountain State Park. They have hiking, mountain biking and bridle trails but nowhere on the site does it list ATV riding as a viable activity in the park.
