This place has been hit and miss for years, but the last 4 times I've been there, we had excellent service. I can't give it 5 stars yet, but I might update my review in the future if I keep getting good service. It's hard to forget getting 2 drinks spilled on you, and one time I waited for over 30 minutes and no one ever came to our table. Lately though, I've been really impressed, I don't know if management changed or something else, but they've really stepped up their game. I still think for the price Thursday BOGO boneless wings are the way to go.

Our server was rude. Me and my friends came in at 10:00pm. We didn’t get our drinks until 20 minutes after. Meanwhile our server kept walking past us, serving other tables that got there way after us. Finally we got to order, when the food came out it was cold like it came out of the fridge. My friends and I were talking about how cold and gross it was. Our waitress, I don’t know her name, had told us to shut our mouths because she heard us talking about it. I have been a waitress for over 2 years and I know better than to keep a table waiting that long, especially on refills for our drinks. When we left, she had came outside after us and yelled at us saying not to come back. I tried talking to a manager but she had locked the doors.

Great service, didn't have the butterscotch schnapps for a drink I like. Could've substituted but a good bartender would've suggested that. The food looked like it was thrown together fast and sloppy. It also was not thoroughly heated. I've been here once beforez and had great food, just one of those days maybe.. still would give it another chance BBW is my go to! Pros: Location, Smoking section. Cons: Cold food, out of liquor.

Im only giving 3 stars and that was for our waitress she was very pleasant, our food experience wasn't her fault ,she didn't cook it!! My bf took me for the first ,he bragged about how good the wings we're, I wasn't impressed at all, my fries were old and taste like potato jerky, and the wings were subpar no different than any other wing joint..not worth the money at all!!
