**ONE STAR** In town for a family reunion and found a roach * in our bathroom and front desk informed me this room has had a recent problem with roaches, and has been sprayed 4 times recently. (I'm glad another guest heard this conversation between me and front desk guy and he gladly gave me his contact information) Unfortunately, ALL the hotels are full tonight (last night), everywhere. The front desk is moving us tomorrow (today) to another room and said they would refund our money for one night. (We shall see if that really happens) Until then, we're on edge and have every light on while we sleep, if I can even sleep. Very reluctant and on edge in here. Very shocked because we usually love Hampton Inn's. I will update, this review, if we have continued problems since we are staying here two nights. (Reluctantly) Also, I will update if this company doesn't follow through with refunding me, one night, like they promised at the front desk. I don't want points credited (like the GM offered) because people can't afford to travel all the time, I want my money back. You would think if you have a known problem in a room, you would make sure 100% that room is free of bugs before you rent it out. I know things do happen and that's why I will update 'stars' if Hampton Inn refunds and relocates us tomorrow morning like promised at the desk. Corporate office will be receiving a call Monday.

Very friendly staff. Very laid back atmosphere. The fitness room was clean and not at all busy. Same with the pool. A negative note was the hotel room didn’t seem that clean. Hairs from previous visitors on the comforter. Bathroom floor was sticky.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff at the front desk didn't seem friendly and acted like she didn't want to be there. When I called to book the hotel I asked if their pool was open because my child was excited to swim, I was told yes it is from 6 am to midnight. We got there and checked in and settled in. We went down to the pool to find a note taped to the door stating the pool was closed. I asked the front desk clerk which she replied oh yes they are closed for the night. I asked for what reason (the pool was clean, towels were neatly displayed) she did not reply instead she began helping the next customer behind us. We felt the staff just didn't want to go back in the night and clean or wash towels. This was a Tuesday night and the hotel was quiet and not busy.

You can never go wrong with any Hampton but let me tell you, this one is amazing! Very clean rooms, great breakfast but the service! The service was just incredible! We've been having a problem with our truck alarm, we've changed batteries, rewired, I dont know, but instead of calling us throughout the whole night, the front desk told us, "just give us your key fob. Y'all sleep & get your rest & well make sure to reset it whenever it goes off." And apparently it went off quit often thru the night. We got some great rest & ready to drive safely for another 10 hours today thanks to the desk ladies! ⭐👍⭐👍
