We specifically asked if they got the ranch on our order and the young man we spoke to said yes. We got no ranch. When we called the store to ask them to have our driver turn around, they told us there was no ranch on the order and the manager stated we would have to pay another delivery fee. I have worked in food service most of my life and the amount of customer care was just absolutely poor. This is Shawnee Oklahoma.

I had a great experience today. 4/21/2022 My son an I went in and ate. The employee's were super courteous. The young lady that took my order was very nice and attentive. I hope y'all have a good experience.

Order was a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and cheesy marinara dip and garlic knots. Food was delicious and not overcooked/burnt. Staff was also very courteous.

Online order for curbside pickup was easy. The order tracker showed very fast time from submitting the order to it being placed in the oven. My pizza was ready very quickly. I arrived, parked, sent my Here text and was with pizza and back on the road in 60 seconds. Nicely done. My pizza was perfectly made and delicious.
