Boy car rental has gone up like most everthing else . Service was good so i can give them that . But man you better really need a car before you rent PRICEY !!!

Supposedly the vehicle was cleaned....it smelled like an ashtray. The back of the truck wasn't touched at all, and the outside of the truck itself looked like it had been driven through a dust bowl. Every time we use enterprise, we have to take before and after photos, because they they like wait a month and try to send a bill for random damages or excessive mileage. I wish there was another company for us to use but alas, there is not.

I had the best experience from start to finish with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on W 20th street in Chattanooga. They were so nice and accommodating and even checked on me since I had wrecked my car. I would recommend them again. They even gave me a ride to work when I returned the rental. I cannot say a bad thing about them.
