Love the cleanliness of the room, slept so good on the comfy beds. The hotel is in a great spot, across the street from Walmart for anything you may have forgotten. Shopping and great restaurants are all over the place in walking distance!

The hotel overbooked 2 queen rooms on a group reservation for a softball team, although they tried to make it right it was not enough. My bathroom floor was so sticky, I took a washcloth and cleaned it and it was black by the time I was done. Our room smelled like pickles and there was garbage/food on the floor. The pool has been broken since winter and they didn’t care to tell us in advance. It was a fight daily to get clean towels, the guest laundry did not work and our AC stopped working, we had to be moved to our 3rd room for a 3 night stay. There were moldy danishes for breakfast. They then charged me for a 2 queen room when they could only give me a king. I will never stay here again, it was awful.

Overall I am satisfied with my stay. Positive feedback- The staff was very friendly and accommodating, every single one of them. The selection of pillows on the beds was wonderful. They were labeled soft and firm, however I'm not sure that all of the labels were correct. Negative feedback- One of the trash cans in the dining area was overflowing on the evening when we arrived. There were flies on it. The next morning at breakfast the trash had not been emptied. The bed was beyond uncomfortable for me. It was very hard, but I know that is a personal preference. The pancake machine at breakfast was constantly out of pancakes, and there was no syrup. The only choice in toppings was caramel and raspberry sauce from a squeeze bottle. Who eats pancakes without syrup?! I haven't figured out what I'm an expert in yet, but I'm sure it will come soon since I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

A good quality, clean and comfortable stay. The room was large, with new modern fixtures. The common spaces were modern and well kept. The workout room was a little small but adequate. The hot breakfast was good. The staff were polite and professional. I would stay here again.
