The service at this store is nothing short of appalling. Ordered a $800+ chandelier on 27 November and still have nothing on 13 February. Having nothing also includes not a SINGLE call from the store to communicate the delay. They even had the audacity to tell ME to call back and check on the status. Unbelievable that they can still be in business. Sad...

Hi - if we sold you the wall light design we may be able to source you a replacement glass piece. If you purchased the design elsewhere or it is from a very old fixture there may not be parts available. If you contact us we can investigate and see what we can do to help you out. Thank you for asking. We follow all local and state issued health orders and have put several temporary measures in place for the safety of all. These include closing stores early to allow more time for sanitizing and cleaning, following local orders to limit the number of customers allowed in our stores, promoting social distancing practices, opening early for at risk customers, and providing face coverings and sanitizing lotion to staff and employees.
