Worked here a many many years ago. How this place has fallen. Showed up, was told a 60 minute wait. Actual wait was in excess of 2 hours. In that time they processed maybe 6 total transactions. I'm just absolutely blown away by how sluggish they moved. No care for their customers anymore, employees seemed indifferent to the fact that several customers said screw it and left instead of waiting hours.

Simply put, amazing customer service! They answered all of my questions and helped me with all of the paper work to purchase my gun. To those who qualify, I highly recommend this place if your are looking to purchase a firearm for duty or personal use.

No names but all the staff were professional I went to pick up my duty Glock17 on 7-17-21 Sat. All staff on duty that day made it so easy for me to get my firearm, especially when I needed one document to show proof they assisted me and guided me to what I needed to do. Cheers!!! Best place by far I’ve been to to get a duty weapon.

My fiance went here about a week ago and raved about how patient, knowledgeable, and efficient Danny was. He did have to wait a good 7 hours after putting his name on the list to get in, which is a bummer especially if you live out of the area. He says it's 10/10 worth the wait. Good prices. "Best customer service I've ever received at a gun store".
