Can you gain access with a California CCW permit?

No, like the previous reviewers have said it is strictly law enforcement/military personnel only. Those ID'S must be presented to actually gain entry.

Not a 100% sure... But 99.9% that you have to be military or law enforcement.

Im not sure but i think its mainly for police and first responders
