This place is a joke. Only open 2 days out of a week and only 1 person working there. Waited almost 3 hrs to get a transfer DL. They need 1 person administrating the drivers test and another for everything else

Tell me something....your only open 2 days a week. Why can't you do your training when your not open? Why doesn't the Enterprise Courthouse do Star Drivers License? Things need to change.

It's an all day affair, with only one State Trooper. We got there at 08:00 and was 12th in line. Called in for driver's test at about 2:30. Finished by 3pm. The State Trooper, is a trooper, kind and even-tempered, so don't give her a hard time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Working out of town and came home to handle some business and specifically to get the up and coming required real ID. First off they are only open two days out the week, but serve the surrounding cities. Get there thinking it wouldn’t be too busy or moving fast due to this ID will be required soon and this place should be adequately staffed to handle that. Was I wrong. Got there and you sign in and a sign reads there is one person handling everything. This includes drivers license test, written test, real Id and a host of others things I was too kissed to continue reading. I signed my name and there was a ton of people waiting. When I tell you I was there for over an hour and there was zero movement! It was approaching 12 and I read that it closes for lunch a 12 but you still have to wait while the person goes to lunch. What a joke. I finally got tire of waiting and decided to leave. On my way out I asked a guy sitting in a chair in front of the door how long he had been waiting and he had been waiting over two hours before I got there and again hadn’t moved an inch nor had anyone ahead of him, I left. How is this acceptable from a staffing perspective? This ID is going to be required and you don’t hire more staff to handle the influx of people? I went to the courthouse to get a regular license. Walked right in, no wait and was out in less than 15 minutes. Hopefully I will never have to go here again. The lady of the drivers license office said the same thing happen to her and she ended up leaving and going to the Dothan office and was in and out…. Sad you have to drive a ways to get proper service. Where are my tax dollars going, clearly not staffing this location….
