Not adequate staff to handle the public demand. One lady doing id’s, two doing vehicle titling. It’s not the staffs fault, it’s the management. It’s their responsibility to hire people and give the people help. If you have trouble hiring staff, raise your pay or show up and help. Your employees would appreciate that.

Even though they have everything scanned in their system because I got my license no more than a month ago you still have to have 2 paper forms for proof of address. I realize this is not their fault. Sure would be easier too if Parkville and Kansas City did not share a zip code. Stupid computer automatically changes the city to KC even if you don't live in KC! The lady was nice that's why DMV gets 2 stars.

Staff was friendlyish enough. But they have got to be the absolute slowest people ever. There is one line for id's and 4 people standing around doing dip while one very friendly but incredibly slow individual takes as long as possible to do literally every aspect of her job. I understand everyone hates the dmv and it's a hack bit at this point but please please please figure this stuff out.

Renewing my DL went well - wait wasn't too long. Only thing is that the girl (she is young) tends to mumble & run her words together a bit softly & it is hard to understand what she is saying. Probably does this because she repeats the same spiel to everyone, but even though she says it doesn't mean it's discernible. Don't like asking someone to repeat, but it was unavoidable. Also, I don't know what they use but the office is obviously cleaned very thoroughly and smells very nice - lightly sweet fruity smell. It was a nice change from a disinfectant type of odor - it was a pleasant scent.
