Terrible experience! My wife and I came in for dinner around 7:45 and was met with 3 staff (only 1 seemed competent). The staff were arguing with each other behind the counter. Blaring some nasty, awful music with every other word cursing. Unaware of even where the water cups were. (They were on a shelf at eye-level right behind him. Clearly he didn't look around at all.) Another customer walked in for a "doordash" order and was dismissed and treated rudely. Then after she left the building the staff talked badly about her to us. Food was overcooked and overpriced for Kansas City. Go anywhere else.

Great food , the owner is always kind to us. Highly recommended for families specially on sunday, kids eat free .

*First Visit Ever* Polite! Extremely helpful navigating through the menu and they were very knowledgeable about their products. This food is excellent and I will be returning. I would suggest this location to anyone looking for a quality BBQ experience with great service! Thanks Dickies👍🏻

Sorry folks, was going to show you what we ordered but when we took the first bite, It was Sooo Good we ate it All..lol..Well Worth the Trip. We ordered it the Burnt Ends plate and Shared. Yummy..
