Hai management of this store why don’t you focus on store regarding customers service, they are really rude arrogant and ignorant with customer. They made us wait 1 hours just to pick up my items which I paid 2 hours before. I came back later because of my van was not available at that time. Customer service are stupid. They don’t have common sense.

I went to the store today to purchase a freezer now I purchased all my other products refrigerator washer dryer you name it and I'm not sure of what's happening with this store but not one person I mean not one person would come up and ask me if I needed help I stood around in the appliance center like a fool waiting and waiting I just walked out I'd rather all my food be spoiled then have to go back there thank you Jim Grant Guess what I had to go back to Lowe's to get something that they had where I couldn't purchase it locally and the store and the service still suck and I'll order the part online before I would purchase it at that at that location
