A bit overpriced. Bought a Cardo Edge communication system. They said it was on sale for $350, but I found the same thing online for $290. Also asked if they could install it. The girl said she can do it in 10 minutes, but she needs 2-3 days with the helmet. Moreover, the store was rather dead when I was there, and they still wouldn't install it. I live 2 hours away, so now it's up to me to install it. Also, the sales folks said the Cardo Packtalk Edge that I bought would fit my helmet; even brought it in for them to see. The circular indents where the speakers are to go are not full circles as the chinstraps run right through them. I feel like I should have dealt with another outfit that would be a bit more knowledgeable.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.

They only allow so many people in the store at a time, masks are requires as well as social distancing.
Yes. They do change tires for about $80. At least last I heard. You will have to take the rim off and bring it in. They will not take it off for you.
